Spa Lab is pleased to welcome you. We promise to exceed your expectations, while respecting the needs of each of our guests.
Your Appointment
Please arrive in advance of your appointment. This is your time and we want to ensure that you get the most out of it.
Spa Etiquette
Spa Lab is a retreat for everyone to equally enjoy to the utmost. We ask that all guests use low, gentle voices at all times.
Cellular telephones must be turned off in our spa area.
Children
Children 12 and under must be receiving services if present.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our staff professionals, and so that we may accommodate other clients’ needs, please give at least 24 hours notice if cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total service amount.
Gratuities
While there is no obligation to leave gratuity, should you choose to do so, the level of tip you leave should be commensurate with you experience here. Please feel free to ask your Spa Coordinator for suggestions if you are unsure.
Unless specified, gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Meals and beverages do not include gratuities.

Hours
Generally, we are open as follows:
Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday by appointment.

We are located at 40 west 36th St. Ny Ny, 10018. Most subway lines have a stop at 34th st station (Herald Square)
Parking
There are 4 Parking Garages within one block of us.
Parking meters are abundant in the vicinity.
